When I open the Web Interface on the DM-2304 properties window I get a script error. The PortVision 4.09 software is installed on a Windows 2008 R2 with service pack 1. I checked the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MAIN\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION" and verified the PVDX.exe value was set to decimal 10000.

Hi,

This issue appears to be due to an incompatibility between the older IE rendering engine in Windows Server 2008 and the newer jQuery 2 library used by the Web interface. What I'd suggest is to access the Web interface in a modern standards-compliant browser such as Edge, Firefox, or Chrome.

There's also a convenient shortcut button at the top of the PortVision DX window, "Webpage", 8th icon from the left, which will bring up the Web interface of the selected device in your default browser.

I hope that helps - thanks,

Matt
