Hi,

We have recently started encountering an issue where it appears the DM-2102 is not transmitting a message received on the serial port to our host PC. This is occurring on at least 2 of our systems, but is also suspected to be the case on 2 other systems, but we have not been able to collect diagnostics on all 4 systems.

The DM-2102 is running NS-Link 11.23.

Using the Port Monitor (via the web page), I am monitoring the traffic between the comtrol and the serial device. When the issue occurs, I see the correct messaging on the serial interface (comtrol sends a command and the response is received according to the monitor), but the host PC is not receiving the response. I have setup wireshark on the host PC and at the time of failure, the response received by the comtrol is not transmitted back to the host PC.

I can provide the wireshark capture and the Port Monitor output as needed.
