We've been told by our customer that they cannot use the 99448-0; They say they must use the 99465-7.

Can you tell me what the differences are between the two models, and how long they have been available? They seem very similar. Do they use the same firmware?

Hi,

99465-7 is a DM Serial Hub and only does RS232
99448-0 is a DM RTS and does RS232,422 and 485

They both use the same firmware.

Kurt
