I'm trying to debug a Portvision to Device Master RTS scan problem. Symnatec Endpoint Security firewall is interfering.

Found the sticky in this forum, but when I downloaded the PDF it was broken.

Anyone still monitoring this forum that can fix the pdf's ?

Or help with firewall requirements? I was on a webex with Symantec for a couple of hours, and we couldn't figure out the problem.

You'll need to open port 4606 and UDP/TCP both ways.
