A scan is locking the comtrol up
This scan is either a Cisco DNA or other security scan.
portVision will show OFF-Line, I can ping the unit, but no Web-Page response.
The fix is fiscal power reset.
bootloader 4.31
NS-link 11.34

Hi IT-Elect,

I've seen this happen every so often with network scanning utilities.
The best thing to do is to ensure SNMP is disabled on the DeviceMaster's web page.
Also, see if you can put an exclusion into the scanning software's configuration for the IP Address of the DeviceMaster.
